Job Description:

1.Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS and PPT.
2.Client Profiling, Configurations, and relative documentation
3.Cleaning up Ticket level Pendency’s for multiple projects.
4.Operation level Support & coordination with Development, Care, and Implementation team.
5.Handling escalations or urgent tasks from management/other teams.
Excel strong, Accounts taking care of, comfortable by handling no. of issues, release note, PPT, screen shots and can does brief description.

Client Profiling:- Configuration, client wise documentation, timely updation on excels,

Taking care of client bugs, which ticket to be assigned to which developer, care team etc.,

Operational level support:- Taking care of escalations, prioritization of work, proper analysis.

Good Communication Skills (Business Level communication).
